The Debt & Investments department is responsible for the cost-effective stewardship of the University’s debt portfolio and working capital.  Activities include debt issuance and ongoing debt administration, managing operating funds, and external fund managers to align with the University’s liquidity needs.  Additionally, the department collaborates with essential financial service providers, including rating agencies, state bond issuance authorities, and banking partners.
